Getting Help





Compose a Message

To compose a new message, click on the the Compose link under the Site Tools tab. You will see a form for composing and sending messages.

  1. Enter the recipient's system ID in the To: field. If you have created an address group, click on the
    drop-down box and select the group you want to send to.
  2. Enter a Subject for your message.
  3. Enter the body of your message in the Message box.
  4. When it's ready to go, click Send Message at the bottom of the form.

You can also send a message to multiple recipients by using a semi-colon in between the system IDs.
Example: admin;john;sue;fred;amy;tom

When all goes well, you will see a confirmation message that the message was sent successfully.
